Instead of choosing an overly complex subject, I opted for something simpler and painted the eyes of one of the hiking guides from our Uttarakhand trek.

I chose to work on a still life piece with a traditional story behind it. This led me to paint custard apples, as these fruits are very sweet and seasonal.
